About the Author
J. N. Williamson was a horror writer, journalist, and editor. After publishing his first novel, The Ritual, in 1979, he went on to publish more than 40 books and 150 short stories. In addition to his own writing, he edited a popular anthology series Masques and the critically acclaimed How to Write Tales of Horror, Fantasy & Science Fiction. He died in 2005.
