This is book number 4 in the Newsflesh series.
Like zombies? Trying to figure out what the whole zombie craze is about? I started with this one. It’s a brilliant concept, particularly if you’re interested in something more than, ‘oh no, the zombie apocalypse and we’re all going to die.’ Set about thirty years after the initial outbreak, Feed offers some fascinating pseudo-science as an explanation behind the virus as well as some really interesting ideas about how humanity would react and adapt to something like a zombie plague. The book is also packed with action and political intrigue. If you enjoyed World War Z, chances are you’ll like Feed. If you get about two thirds of the way through and you’re enjoying the book, go ahead and pick up the sequel. You’re going to want it – the cliffhanger is absolutely epic.— Caitlyn, Raleigh
