Suzanne is excited to be moving to the country, especially because it means that she will finally be able to get a pet. She chooses Boots, an orange kitten with four white paws, and the two of them become inseparable. Then Suzanne has to start at her new school. Boots tries following Suzanne to school every day. But one day, there's a downpour, and he gets lost. How will Suzanne ever be able to find him when she has no idea where he could be?
